The short version
Cancel anytime. Full refund within 14 days of any charge — no questions asked. No cancellation fees, no minimum terms, and your documents stay yours either way.
Cancelling your plan
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings — no phone call, no email required, no cancellation fee.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access to everything you paid for until then.
- After that, your account simply moves to the Free plan. Your documents, signatures, and audit trails remain in your account — nothing is deleted because you stopped paying.
- You can re-subscribe whenever you like and pick up exactly where you left off.
Refunds
- 14-day money-back guarantee: if you're not happy for any reason, contact us within 14 days of any charge — first payment or renewal — and we'll refund it in full. No questions asked.
- Billing mistakes: if we ever charge you incorrectly, we'll refund the error in full as soon as you tell us, regardless of when it happened.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Where the law of your country gives you stronger refund rights, those rights apply — this policy never reduces them.
Downgrades & the Free plan
The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required, so there's nothing to refund. If you downgrade from a paid plan, you keep paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then continue on Free with your documents intact.
How to request a refund
Email support@gingerdocs.com from the address on your account, or use the contact form. Tell us the charge you'd like refunded — that's all we need. We aim to respond within one business day.
Enterprise plans
Enterprise agreements may have their own billing terms agreed in your order form. Where the order form is silent, this policy applies — including the 14-day money-back guarantee.
